ATHLETIC BACKGROUND has been CrossFitting for a decade and has been a sportsman his entire life, Matt was a rugby player in his Army days, as well as a competitive athlete. “I love to cook and eat well, too,” he says. “I spend a lot of time studying to stay current in fitness and improve my coaching.”
SPECIALISM – Matt is more of a generalist, but holds a special place in his heart for Olympic weightlifting. “The power and above all, the technique and timing required to get it right, make this something I love to coach,” he says. “I am passionate about performance and enabling everyone to perform to the best of their abilities. To me, this means understanding how each individual moves, their strengths and weaknesses and developing them as individuals to get them where they want to be. I am fascinated by the science behind exercise and often frustrated by the lack of it in many training programmes in the market.”
MOTIVATION – Matt truly enjoys coaching. “Not many jobs can deliver the satisfaction of literally changing people’s lives,” he says. “I love working with people. Every single day, I see people giving their entire physical being to overcome a task and then I see their elation when they’ve done it. It’s hard to put into words, but what I am part of is the stuff that makes life great: Hard work and commitment, camaraderie, friendship and the joy of success.”

ATHLETIC BACKGROUND Always been active in sports, since her school days, Sally took part in all of the after-school clubs as well as being a keen rider. In 2017 Sally was crowned Fittest female in Qatar after the 2017 CrossFit Games Open. This year Sally has been focusing on her Olympic weightlifting and is currently aiming for a place in the 2018 Olympics representing Great Britain “It’s not going to be easy, there are a lot of great athletes in my weight class but if I train hard and hit my targets then I definitely have the potential to go and I’ll never know unless I try”
SPECIALISM A specialist in strength training, Olympic lifting and body transformations, she is passionate about Olympic lifting and “how you need speed, agility, strength, co-ordination, balance and power just to complete two different lifts.”

Highly experienced athlete and trainer with a degree in physical education
ATHLETIC BACKGROUND Máté played pro football and handball in Hungary, and also enjoyed Muay Thai and gymnastics. “Sport has always been part of my life,” he says. “I trained as an athlete with handball and then football and then took a degree in physical education and sport. I became a coach during and after university with Bootcamp classes and TRX and Kettlebells.
SPECIALISM Máté specialises in gymnastics, corrective development, and prehabilitation. “For me, everyone is an athlete,” he says. “We need to care about them with that in mind! Prepare them for living to the fullest. How amazing is it when a 60-year-old grandfather can still enjoy a kick around with his grandson? I love keeping people strong and ready to physically perform with their body everything that their mind wants them to be able to do.”
MOTIVATION I have always had an insatiable appetite for learning about anything sporty or physical, so when CrossFit came on the scene, I was curious to learn more. I followed CrossFit and started participating in the odd class and then I started really getting into it. I developed a passion for pushing the body to its limits. ATHLETIC BACKGROUND  Kesh has been fascinated by activity and how the human body ticks all his life. Always one to give anything a go Kesh can turn his hand to almost any sporting activity with some success and has won several of the Aspire fitness individual and team competitions in recent years.
SPECIALISM Kesh specialises in strength and conditioning for athletes but he also has extensive experience in correcting movement dysfunction and therapeutic exercises. Kesh is also a certified sports massage therapist.
MOTIVATION “I feel like it’s my job to inform people on how to exercise and eat properly. There is so much misinformation that is out there these days regarding health, fitness, and Nutrition and these fad diets and baseless training methodologies pose a great risk of harm to general population. We, as a fitness professionals, have an obligation to coach clients reach their individual goals through safe and effective training and sound nutritional advice.”

ATHLETIC BACKGROUND From an early age Tim loved sport eventually focussing on rugby achieving Division 1 Rugby Player in the UK and International caps for Arabian Gulf in Dubai 7s and South Africa 7s, and as a South East UK Natural Bodybuilding Association Champion in 2009. “I have always loved team sport and fitness,” he says. “I have worked with top coaches in teams for many years, and know how important the group dynamic is to really getting the most out of my training.

As a coach, Tim enjoys being witness to our athletes’ personal achievements. “I honestly feel that the real work is always done by the individual who gets to the gym every day and pushes themselves to the limit,” he says. “The real pleasure is facilitating this and watching the development and improvement and satisfaction that follows.”
