When you sign up for membership at StrongBox, you get instant access to expertly programmed workouts tailored to your personal goals, requirements, and fitness level. But that’s not all. You also get world-class coaching every session, nutrition advice, and one-on-one help when you need it—all on top of unrestricted access to all our classes. You can also freeze our 3-, 6-, and 12-month memberships when you go on holiday so you never have to pay for gym days you don’t use. No! We applaud and support your decision to get fitter and healthier, so we wanted to make getting started a little easier for you.

What sort of support can I expect from coaches?

Aside from providing expert fitness and nutrition advice, all our coaches are also always happy to challenge, guide, help, and cheer you on throughout your fitness journey.

What’s the payment schedule?

By default, you will be charged on the same day each month. But if you need an alternative payment schedule, just let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.

Are there any transaction fees on top of the membership?

No! You don’t have to worry about hidden fees and surprise charges here at StrongBox.

Can I put my membership on hold if I have to take a break from training?

Yes! You can freeze your membership for up to eight weeks in a 12-month period if you have to take a break from training for whatever reason. Just email us at [email protected] in advance so we can facilitate your request in time for your planned time off.

Can I cancel my membership?

While we’d love to keep helping you crush your fitness goals, we’d totally understand if you ever decide to cancel your membership*. Just notify us via [email protected], and we’ll take care of it right away.

*Does not apply to 3-, 6-, and 12,-month plans unless you are permanently leaving Qatar or have medical conditions that require you to stop training (doctor’s note required)
