SBX
SBX is a total body fitness programme combining strength work, muscle development, and cardio sessions. Led by the best coaches, SBX classes uses all the tools to build fitness during our scientifically programmed phases. Every class has a different focus and we recommend you train at least three times each week to get the most out of it.
THE SBX TRAINING SYSTEM
From time to time we work at high intensity for short periods to develop anaerobic fitness and unlock incredible health benefits. When we add intensity, we also include longer rest periods — this helps you hit the high-intensity numbers repeatedly. Insufficient rest prevents you from getting the full benefits of this training style.
THE CLASSES
We train power by including explosive elements within the programme such as plyometrics (jumps etc.) and sprint cardio. The ability to generate power and use strength quickly is a key marker of functional fitness.
