StrongBox Qatar offers this website, including all information, tools, memberships, products, classes, training sessions, events, facilities and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein.
By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, attending sessions, entering our facilities, or using any of our services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein or available on our website.
These Terms apply to all users of the website and services including, without limitation, browsers, customers, members, visitors, vendors, merchants and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website, services or facilities. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.
We reserve the right to update, modify, replace or change any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website, facilities or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

# SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority under the applicable laws of the State of Qatar, or that you have provided consent for any minor dependents to use this site or participate in services under your supervision and responsibility.
You may not use our products, services, website or facilities for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws, regulations or third-party rights in your jurisdiction.
You must not transmit any malicious code, viruses, worms or destructive technology through our systems or website.
Any breach or violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to services without refund.

# SECTION 2 – MEMBERSHIPS, BOOKINGS & SERVICES
All memberships, packages, sessions, classes, drop-ins, events, workshops, personal training sessions and services purchased from StrongBox Qatar are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.
Bookings are subject to availability and must be completed through our approved systems, website or applications.
StrongBox Qatar reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, modify schedules, substitute coaches, change class formats, modify operating hours, adjust pricing, limit attendance or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Late cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows may result in penalties, deducted sessions, temporary booking restrictions or cancellation fees at the sole discretion of StrongBox Qatar.
Members are responsible for arriving on time. Entry may be refused to late arrivals where necessary for safety, structure or class flow.
Membership freezes, pauses, extensions, transfers or credits are granted solely at the discretion of management and may be refused for any reason.
Unused sessions, memberships or packages will not be extended unless explicitly approved in writing by management.

# SECTION 2A – MEMBERSHIP FREEZES & PAUSES
Membership freezes and pauses may not exceed a maximum total period of two (2) months per membership term.
Repeated, excessive or consecutive freeze or pause requests are not permitted and may be refused at the sole discretion of StrongBox Qatar.
All freeze or pause requests must include a clear start date and end date at the time of submission.

# SECTION 2B – Membership Terms & Conditions
Unlimited Classes Memberships
StrongBox Qatar offers unlimited class memberships based on the following monthly rates:
1 Month: 1,200 QAR
3 Months: 1,150 QAR per month
6 Months: 1,100 QAR per month
12 Months: 1,000 QAR per month
The 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month memberships are offered at discounted monthly rates based on the member’s commitment to completing the full membership period.
If a member chooses to cancel their membership before completing the agreed membership period, the membership will be recalculated based on the actual period used.
The member will be required to pay the difference between the discounted rate received and the applicable membership rate for the period actually completed.
For example:
If a member purchases a 3-month membership at 1,150 QAR per month and cancels after one month, the membership will be recalculated based on the 1-month rate of 1,200 QAR. The member must pay the 50 QAR difference before the cancellation is confirmed.
If a member purchases a 12-month membership at 1,000 QAR per month and cancels after 6 months, the membership will be recalculated based on the 6-month rate of 1,100 QAR per month. The member must pay the difference of 100 QAR per month for the 6 months used, totaling 600 QAR.
StrongBox Qatar reserves the right to request any outstanding balance before approving or confirming an early membership cancellation.
# SECTION 3 – PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
StrongBox Qatar operates a strict NO REFUND policy under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
* Change of mind
* Relocation or travel
* Temporary inability to attend
* Personal circumstances
* Schedule conflicts
* Dissatisfaction after purchase
* Failure to attend booked classes, appointments or sessions
* Partial use or non-use of memberships or packages
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers or cash reimbursements shall be issued for any memberships, packages, classes, sessions, retail products, workshops, events, services or purchases made through StrongBox Qatar.
By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge and fully agree to this no refund policy.
Any exception made by StrongBox Qatar shall be entirely at management discretion and shall not create any obligation or precedent for future requests.
Chargebacks, payment disputes or fraudulent reversal attempts made after a valid purchase may result in immediate termination of services, denial of future access and legal action where applicable.

# SECTION 4 – HEALTH, SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in any physical activity, class, training session, event or service provided by StrongBox Qatar, you acknowledge and understand that physical exercise and athletic activity involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:
* Injury
* Illness
* Physical harm
* Medical complications
* Permanent disability
* Death
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any activities conducted at or associated with StrongBox Qatar.
You confirm that you are physically, mentally and medically fit to participate and that you have consulted a physician where appropriate.
You agree that StrongBox Qatar, its owners, directors, employees, coaches, contractors, affiliates, agents and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, illness, damage, theft, death, medical condition, accident, delay, interruption or claim arising from participation in our services, use of facilities or presence on the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.

# SECTION 5 – PERSONAL BELONGINGS
StrongBox Qatar is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, including items left in lockers, changing rooms, training areas or anywhere on the premises.
Members are solely responsible for securing and monitoring their personal belongings.

# SECTION 6 – CODE OF CONDUCT
StrongBox Qatar reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend or terminate memberships, services or access without refund for any behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive, including but not limited to:
* Abuse toward staff or members
* Harassment or discrimination
* Unsafe conduct
* Threatening behavior
* Damage to equipment or property
* Disruptive conduct
* Violation of facility rules
* Illegal activity
* Inappropriate language or behavior
Members and visitors are expected to respect staff, coaches, facilities, equipment and other members at all times.

# SECTION 7 – MEDIA RELEASE
By entering our facilities or participating in classes, events or activities, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, photographs and video recordings for marketing, promotional and commercial purposes without compensation unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to participation.
StrongBox Qatar retains all ownership rights to such media content.

# SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We strive to ensure that all information on our website and platforms is accurate and current; however, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, schedules, promotions or other content will always be accurate, complete or up to date.
StrongBox Qatar reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to modify or cancel services or purchases at any time without prior notice.

StrongBox Qatar shall not be held liable for any failure, interruption or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, pandemics, labor disputes, utility failures, technical failures or acts of God.

# SECTION 13 – TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services, facilities or website at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
Termination shall not relieve the user of any outstanding payment obligations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our website, facilities or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar.
